It is a fairly new complex with a lot of character. Across the street from the new Waterford Lakes shopping center. There is a beautiful pool with hammocks and grills along the side + jacuzzi. There are two lakes in the center and the apartments surround all of that. The landscape is very nice as well. The grounds crew is always keeping it nice.
