I need to sublease my room to a girl perferably 18-25 years old. The room is 12x10, private, and spacious. It's $440 a month INCLUDING utilities, off street parking, free tanning, and a swimming pool. The entrance is seperate from the main office/building. Smoking outside is allowed and pets are allowed. There are two roommates that currently live here but are either always in their rooms being quiet, or not home at all. Let me know ASAP. I want to move out within September!
