I have a nicely furnished bedroom for rent. I am looking for a female who is over 45 and has a 40hr. a week job and a vehicle. Must be a non smoker and a very neat and clean woman. I am a single, white 60 year old gentleman who is very neat and clean and easy going with a great sense of humor. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. I work 40 hours a week with weekends off. I enjoy working out and landscaping.
