I have a room available for sublease at the reserve at Forest hills in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment. You would have a private bedroom with a spacious closet and attached bathroom all to yourself and would share the living area with two roommates both females that are super friendly, clean and quiet. There are tons of great amenities offered by the apartment complex including 2 pools, a 24 hour fitness center and lots more. This is also just outside of the 1 mi radius for getting a UNCW parking pass.
