Medium-sized room in house, nice neighborhood, nice neighbors, close to downtown, fifteen minutes from UNCW, semi-private bathroom, (I have my own, but yours would be the main bathroom). Still needs a little cleaning, maybe some paint, but you could come over and look now if you like. All my best roommates have been female, and that’s what I’m looking for.
