I work full time and will be starting school in the fall. I’m very outgoing, kind, tidy, and like cooking. I have 2 fur babies an English bulldog and a cat who are very well behaved and sweet. I haven’t signed the lease on the duplex yet I’m waiting to find a roommate first but it’s the perfect home. Safe and quiet neighborhood, off of market street so close to everything. It’s a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom(big bathroom). And the owners are VERY nice guys! Rent is ($1100/ month) so it would be $550.
