I have a 3 bedroom Condo, where my son and I live. We take the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. The 1st floor bedroom and bathroom was used as a guest room. My girlfriend and I split up and I am wanting to stay here. There is a full un-finished basement for storage with exercise equipment. My son is a heavy sleeper who goes to bed at 8:00 every night so I am not looking to throw parties here. We are gone from 8:00AM until 7:30PM 5 days a week.
