About this household

Bought double wide manufactured home on an acre of land. It was a repo so it needs tons of work, cleaning, etc. Just put in a brand new hot water tank! You will have your own entrance/exit/patio, bedroom, walk in closet and bathroom. We will share kitchen, dining and living room. No smoking in the house. No drugs. I do have dogs, cats and fish. I work full time. I'm not super social. I do like video games and movies. Just moved to Tennessee and looking for someone trustworthy, reliable.
