Hello, I am 31 years old and have an 1195 square foot apartment that I would love to share with a roommate. It is in a great location, across from a shopping center and movie theater. Nice, quiet and clean area. Great school nearby if you have children. The bedroom is furnished with a TV, desk, bed, computer and dresser. There is also a ceiling fan that I had put in the bedrooms, and a nice walk in closet. A female or male is fine. I also have a 12 year old very well behaved son.
