Gorgeous 2 story property. 3700 sq. ft. with a huge game room, office, and garage. There are 2 girls living here as of right now, but we are looking for 1 or 2 more roommates. We are both teachers in Wilmington and are fun and laid back. We live right next to the bridge at Carolina Beach just minutes from the ocean. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space! We have furniture in each of the rooms, but do not mind if you bring your own. No dogs because 1 of the 2 roomates are allergic :(
