Hi, I've got a brand new townhome about 6 miles from UCF and right down the road from Full Sail. I have one room available in a 3bed 2.5 bath. There's plenty of storage, tile through out downstairs, carpet upstairs, stainless steel appliances, fans in every room, cable in every room, screened in patio, side and back yard, desk area outside of room, 1 car garage and plenty of parking. There is a flexible lease that can be negotiated and a lease agreement must be signed. Roommates are ages 21
