I am looking for a female roommate to rent a bedroom in my three-bedroom condo in Irvine for $700/month which includes utilities. The room is 10' 8" x 12'. The bedroom is freshly painted and has a new closet organizer. The third bedroom belongs to my 20-year-old daughter who is currently studying abroad. The bathroom which was also just painted would only be shared with my daughter when she is here visiting. I am looking for a mature and responsible roommate. I have a dog and a cat.
