Spacious house with many amenities located within minutes of the house. The living room and kitchen are very large and as the only current resident of the house I do not nearly take up all of the space. The rear deck and yard are a great place to hang out in the off hours. The dettached garage is a great space to either park a car or to work on side projects. I am pretty open with the length of lease as well as the rent price so please dont be put off by the posted lease length or price.
