Easy access to buses, short drive to School of Mines, Auraria campus, and the commute to downtown isn't far. I currently rent a 4 bedroom 2 bath house for just me and my animals. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. My cat does not share space, so any additional animals would have to be the contained bird/reptile/rodent/fish type. I've furnished the house except for 2 rooms + bath in the downstairs off the common room. There is already a bed, but nothing else.
