The rent is 350 a month but i put 450 cause that includes the estimated amount with utiltites. We are located in Avalon park about 10-15 mintues away from UCF and Valencia community college. We have one cat, Brittan, but no other pets are allowed, he is very good and keeps to himself. It is a 2-story house, very big and about 2 years old, we were the first to ever live in it. I'm not sure the exactly measurements of the rooms but you are more than welcome to come check them out. Girls only!!
