Rent is $700 a month, all utilities included. My boyfriend and I have a room/bathroom available where you would have your own bathroom, private room, and large walk in closet. We are both 23 and super laid back. I am a grad student and he works full time. The complex is very central and close to beaches, UNCW, downtown, and ahopping. Message me if interested!
