About this household

Hi there! I have a furnished master bedroom/bath for rent. The room is spacious, has two windows, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and adjoining bathroom. The room includes a queen size tempurpedic bed, night stands, dresser, blanket chest, writing desk and a secretary (larger desk). Water and electricity bills are not included in price. I'm a teacher. I don't smoke and have no pets.I'd like my roommate to be a nonsmoker. A well-tempered pet is great if it is kept after.
