I have a room for rent. $500 for rent and $100 for utilities. Must be very nice and clean and no drugs. No smoking either please. I have another roommate and looking for someone else to help share rent. Both my roommate and I are very friendly. We have a house and our landlord is very nice as well. Need someone to have a good head on their shoulders and be finacially stable. We have 2 TVs and a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We don't expect much, really just need help and company.
