Have a room in the home for rent. Shared bathroom. Family oriented. I have 1 gentleman that rents my basement. The homeowner and 1 other professional individual. It's a 4 bedroom home. The homeowner has 1 foster teenager living here. But don't let that discourage you. It's actually a really friendly household. The room actually does have a full size mattress and boxspring in it. No frame or headboards. We are looking for an individual who pays rent on time. Actually cleans up after themselves.
