Private Room and Private Bathroom is available for rent. You will be in the middle room and bathroom. Floor plan is in the picture. Rent includes all utilities so you will only be 1 bill each month. Room is unfurnished and can be furnished anyway you like. If you want to furnish the common area, please ask before you bring. I am looking for someone respectful and sensible. I have two dogs who are free to roam about the house except your room. You MUST be genuinely nice to my dogs
