We're the corner house of the housing area, so there's a quiet road with lots of parking to one side, and a beautiful golf course right beyond our patio fence. It's only a few minutes from some very good food, a grocery store, a Rite Aid, the 405, and UCI. This is one of the few housing areas in Irvine that has good parking.
