The house is very nice and has 2200sf + of living space. I can offer some furnishings if needed for the room like a twinsize bed and maybe a dresser. New upscale neighborhood, 1 mile from I-24 and 15 mins from MTSU. I'm a nice guy and get along with most everybody. I moved down from Chicago 2 years ago and love TN. I am looking for someone fun yet sensible. Music, cookouts and Friday/Saturday night drinks are par for my lifestyle. Happy Hunting !!!
