This 2,567 sqft home is in a very peaceful, safe and nice neighborhood (mostly military), close to dining, shopping (Costco, Walmart, Safeway, etc.), JBLM and parks. Open concept with a spacious, well planned kitchen & stainless steel appliances. Gas fireplace in livingroom. 3 of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a shared den/loft area. Bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. Laundry room is also on the 2nd floor. My kids share a bedroom on the 3rd floor. Driveway and street parking available.
