About this household
I and my brother have a room for rent in Olympia. Private bedroom, shared bath but there is a third bathroom. Rent is 650 a month +650 one time refundable deposit. Everything is payable to a business BCI properties. My brother is also willing to vacate the master bedroom, which would give you a private bath as well as a walk in closet. However that room is 700 a month. Utilities are split evenly among occupants. Per our lease we can accommodate 1 additional small/medium pet
