About this household

I have two bedrooms w/ private bath available in a wonderful 2200 sq ft townhouse. (Also willing to rent the rooms separately if need be) There is also a large living room on the main floor that is not in use and could be yours, and furnished as you please. I am a single mom with a 14 year old son. We don't have too many people over and would prefer the same. I am asking $1100, includes water sewer garbage & internet. We stay in our rooms mostly so the common areas would basically be yours too.
