The house is located about 6 miles from OSU down Peoria Rd, off Hwy 34. It is an old farm house with large rooms with closets and a large kitchen. It is within a 100 feet of the Willamette River and can be seen from the house. It is very quiet location on a farm with no close neighbors. The rent is 300 pretty much for everything. That even includes high speed wireless internet. Both are easy going laid back guys. We are looking for easy going, reliable roommates. [email protected]
