The house is located about 6 miles from OSU down Peoria Rd, off Hwy 34. It is an old farm house with large rooms with closets and a large kitchen. It is within a 100 feet of the Willamette River and can be seen from the house. It is very quiet location on a farm with no close neighbors. The rent is 300 pretty much for everything.
