I own a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in southwest Denver (just shy of 2K square feet). My boyfriend and I share a room, the third is a guest room. We also have a 1 year old dog...lab/shepherd mix, very, very friendly. We're in our late 20's. I'm a career women, Nate's in art school. You’ll have the room at the back of the house and your own bathroom downstairs. Room is a good size, with lots of windows and morning sun! Plenty of space to relax. We have two living rooms.
