I have a very private second floor for rent in beautiful Olde Winter Park home. Private entrance to upstairs, one bedroom one bath. Wood floors and about 400 sq ft of living area. I'm renting it inexpensively as the occupant will need to park on the side street. Short bike ride to downtown Winter Park. Utilities are $100 per month including water, trash and electric.
