My folks bought me a house to live in while in law school. On Hendricks Hill, very quiet street, exactly 1 mile to school. Clean, excellent condition, nice landscaping, one hell of a view. 4 bedrooms: bedroom & private office for each of us. Back yard abuts woods of Hendricks Park on west (sunny) side of the hill. Laundry, good kitchen, lots of bright open space. Looking for someone who's reasonably tidy & doesn't play the bagpipes. (Nick's wrote this but he's in AK. Hope I've described him OK)
