I live in a beautiful townhouse in Aliso Viejo with all new furniture, carpet, and hardwood floors. I want someone who is clean and respectful, who will treat my home as their own. Quiet, new association that is a block from downtown AV and 8 mins to the beach. Right next to the 73, 5 mins to the 5 and 405 freeways. No smoking of any kind allowed. Casual drinking is ok. No pets please but have to like dogs. I have a hypoallegenic, non-shedding 4 pound maltipoo that is an indoor dog.
