I am laid back, postive person looking for an easy going female roommate. The house is actually a duplex located near Plaza Midwood in a quiet neighborhood filled with beautiful trees and sidewalks. I have 2 cats that live there, they are friendly, but somewhat shy. I rent this duplex and cannot put any additional cats or dogs on the lease. There is a large kitchen and dining area and a big yard to enjoy the outdoors.
