Looking for a responsible roommate to join a professional F/T working female in a shared townhouse. The townhouse is located close to shopping centers and highways. The room available is a downstairs bedroom, fully carpeted with closets. There is access to a full-bathroom, private entrance/private parking pad. Shared washer/dryer area. I am asking $800/month with one month security deposit. All utilities included and cable access. The house has a kitchen, washer/dryer units, living room, dining room, and a back/front porch as shared space. No smoking. Cleanliness and quiet are important.
