Summary
The room is 10' 4" x 9' 6" with a large closet and nice ceiling fan. The bathroom is shared but you would have your own vanity (sink and mirror). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and electric, water, television w/ DVR, and high-speed internet are all included in rent. We will be adding a washer and dryer to the apartment but have yet to do so. I have 2 cats and am willing to add a third. Dogs would have to be discussed but are not totally out of the question.
