About this household
I need a roommate to share my 3 Bedroom Condo (I will be the only roommate). Room comes with its own full bathroom. I try to keep the place clean but not necessarily spotless. I consider myself pretty laid back, easy going, and respectful. I would like my roommate to behave in a similar manner. I have two cats, but both are very good at not bothering furniture. The rent is $400 with about $75 in bills (electricity, cable/internet, water/sewer). My place has a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.
