I'm looking to rent out one of my rooms in my 3 bedroom / 1 bath home. I have a medium sized dog and a cat, but I keep my house clean and it does not smell like I have pets. I do not mind smokers but I'd rather you smoke on the front porch or in your room. I don't mind late hours or your pets as long as they get along with mine.
