I'm looking to rent out one of my rooms in my 3 bedroom / 1 bath home. I have a medium sized dog and a cat, but I keep my house clean and it does not smell like I have pets. I do not mind smokers but I'd rather you smoke on the front porch or in your room. I don't mind late hours or your pets as long as they get along with mine. I will ask that you pick up your things out of the main living areas and don't leave food out besides that, I'm pretty easy going. Call me for any questions you may have
