I am not sure the the square footage of the rent but the rooms are a good size both have a roomy closet. I already have 2 big dogs so I don't want another one but I probably wouldn't mind a small dog. I am 21 years old and I go to school and work I am looking for a roommate that can share similar qualities and be able to pay the bills on time and clean up after themselves. I am an easy going person and wouldn't mind sharing the house with someone that likes to have fun and just go with the flow
