Cute townhome in North Charlotte. The downstairs has hardwood floors in LR and linoleum in kitchen with island. there is also a half bath downstairs and laundry room. Upstairs has the two 'master' bedrooms. Both have a walk in closet and private bathroom inside. I am asking $500 peer month, and only utility I would not cover is cable / internet which will be about $50 per month each. My preference is to either do a 3 or 6 month lease then we can decide if it is a good fit and go from there
