Bedroom available is 9’X11’ with shared bath Ten minute walk to campus (CSM) Seconds from Clear Creek, Lions Park, Golden Recreation Center, and public library Biking trails nearby Mines students and kayakers/outdoor enthusiasts preferred Utilities are usually about $35 a month each, water is quarterly and about $20. We don’t have cable but you can feel free to get it, we just don’t want to pay for what we don't use Deposit and credit check needed.
