Hi! My fiancé and I have a 3 bedroom house with a patio and backyard. We have one spare room used as a study and we are looking to rent out the other spare room. It comes with a queen side bed (sheets and blanket included), private bathroom and walk-in closet. Rent is a fixed rate that includes internet and utilities. We have one golden retriever puppy. Looking for non-smoker who is generally clean. Dogs are welcome. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
