I’m looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment that I’m currently renting. The bedroom is unfurnished and with a private bathroom. The apartment complex pays for Spectrum, water and trash and has assigned covered parking. The apartment also has a small washer and dryer. I’ve lived here 3 years and I really like - it’s fairly quiet and I feel quite safe. I have a small dog who is very friendly too. I am a retired lady and get along with almost everyone.
