I have a bedroom in my home I’d like to rent. I live alone, with my two cats, in a quiet subdivision in southeast Temple. The bedroom has minimum furniture that you can use or I can remove. Bedroom has a mounted TV and a regular sized closet. There is a bathroom right next to the bedroom. Kitchen, dining, and living rooms would be shared spaces. I have a boyfriend who visits on the weekends. We are a normal couple that will stay in and watch TV or maybe go out. I have a fenced in backyard.
