Rental is for a private room in home and prefer Gay or Gay friendly male age 35-65, bathroom is shared and in process of being redone but still usable and clean.Rent includes furnished room with internet and cable and rent includes all utilities and basic food, any other food or extras must be purchased by yourself...We do have pets so no more pets allowed.We are very open to most situations.
