For you I have a modern, peaceful home on a tranquil cul-de-sac with trees as far as the eyes can see out the back of the house. For you the furnished mammoth primary bedroom with 4-rod spacious walk-in closet and connected private bathroom with large linen closet and enormous garden tub and shower. Excluding my private bedroom and bathroom, the rest of the home is shared space including a garage that connects to the laundry area and kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops and like new appliances. There is also a home office with desk and table. The dining area is set up and there is a serene family room area. First 4-weeks are rent free to confirm mutual compatibility. Thereafter rent is as shown above with utilities and internet paid for by me.
