It is a Condo; we have 2 dogs already, both extremely friendly. (would prefer no more pets) I live there with my wife, sister is moving out and need someone to take her place. The room is big, and has it's own bathroom/shower and walkin closet. Must prove that you can pay rent. -No smoking
