About this household
This is a 1300 sq ft 3 BR home that I just bought. Actually, the closing date is March 7!! :) I have 2 bedrooms available on the 2nd floor that share a full bath room. The rooms are approx 168 sq ft each. Anything utility-related will be split between us depending on the amount of roommates (either 2 or 3 including myself). I am a professional and have recently graduated ('04). I have a great little dog (20 lbs) who loves people, is very calm, and doesn't make a lot of noise.
