I have 2 car garage which would be used for storage. The roommate will have own bathroom and own living room. Only thing shared would be the kitchen so lots of privacy! There’s a trail just behind the house which leads to a creek and then to a nice sized lake. North of this pasture is Bear Creek State Park with many trails for hiking. A public pool is just around the corner. Next to this pool are a nice sized grassy park. W470/I-70 is just 10 min drive and Downtown Denver is 25 min away.
