I live at Evergreen Terrace and have a room for rent. I'm normally quiet and like to keep an apartment at least semi-clean. I have a 50 lb lab pointer mix and he's very sweet. The rent is 345, plus splitting electric and wifi. I won't use the wifi provided since it never works. I work 2 jobs with odd hours. I do go to school part-time, but mainly online. I like to workout and would love to have someone go with me to the gym.
