My Wife and I have a 4 bedroom home in the university area of Charlotte. We are looking to rent out one of our rooms. The room to be rented is nice in size (it is the bonus room of our house). There is a guest bath with shower right next to the room which would yours to enjoy. We do have dogs and cats, but you probably will not see much of the cats. Month to month rent is ok. We are looking for $500 a month which would include all utilities.
