Located 2-3mins from UNCC campus and around 10-15mins from downtown is a great location for a young college student or a professional seeking a quiet place to go after work. I am 21 and still in school at UNCC and I am looking for a roommate who is respectful and who pays on time. I like to keep the place clean but doesnt have to be spotless.
