Hello, I have a 2700 square foot house only 1 year old in a very nice quiet neighborhood. You would have your own room, upstairs loft as your living area, and a large storage closet that could also be an office. You would share a bathroom. You would have access to the entire house, including laundry, backyard, kitchen, dining room, and eat in kitchen. If you have a small potty trained dog that is fine.
